Senior Preconstruction Manager
Job Description:
Oversees and manages estimating functions through entry- to senior-level staff for projects within assigned geographic or vertical markets; responsible for business development, timely and accurate performance of services, and risk management of pursuits. Will have supervisory responsibilities and will be responsible and held accountable for overall results of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience with negotiating contracts
- Proficient in general construction practices and principles; Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in estimating and CRM software
- Experience with supervising or managing direct reports
Education
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, university, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 10 years or more of related work experience preferred
