Learn All Aspects of the Business

During your training period, you learn all aspects of the ResourceOne International franchise, including our applicant tracking software, proven methodology and systems for identifying suitable candidates, role playing, and other advanced elements of the recruiting industry. Each Franchise Partner will receive a copy of our proprietary Client Database which represents hundreds of clients within the ResourceOne International System. You will leave training not only fully operational but also with a complete step-by-step Operations Manual for reference.

ResourceOne will assist you in growing your business through the strategic and tactical implementations of ResourceOne International branding and marketing. You will be provided with our Operations Manual, which will assist you in positioning your office in your selected city. All corporate and franchised offices participate and share the expense in several advertising programs and campaigns, which you have access to from day one. Because these advertising expenses are shared, all offices can participate in numerous programs to attract the right management candidates for their Clients. 

We additionally have a dedicated staff member focused on developing new business in our franchisees’ territories, as well as an internal marketing executive focused on increasing market share through social media growth, franchisee exposure, and digital visibility. 

ResourceOne International is a continuing licensing fee based franchise. Additionally, as mentioned above, ResourceOne International offers several marketing and advertising programs, some of which require participation fees to cover materials and expenses.

OUR PROCESS

We refer to our process as “matching” because both parties need to get to know one another over a period of time in order to decide if there’s a “match.” The ResourceOne business model is a fun and exciting opportunity, but it’s not right for everyone nor is everyone right for it. Our 7-step matching process is key for a successful, long term partnership

Step One: Get Acquainted

After you have filled out the Franchising Opportunity Form, a ResourceOne representative will schedule a "Get Acquainted" telephone call. Based on our conversation – we mutually will determine if we would like to speak again so that we may provide you with additional information, including A) the concept difference for ResourceOne, B) company operations, training support and marketing support and C) start-up costs.

Step Two: Concept Compatibility Call

Following the initial phone call, we will schedule a concept compatibility call. This call will begin with a courtesy invitation for your spouse or supportive decision maker. During this 1-hour call, we will focus on the ResourceOne core values and vision. Based on our conversation – we will determine if our core values align. If so, we will ask you to fill out a Request for Consideration application.

STEP THREE: Request for Consideration

Upon receipt of your completed application, our executive team will review the application and if acceptable, award you the opportunity to continue through our process.

STEP FOUR: Mutual Expectation Call

During this 1-hour teleconference call, our team will collaborate to deliver a complete overview of all marketing, training and support programs. Depending on the level of business expertise, some candidates will be scheduled to attend a start-up workshop conference call.

STEP FIVE: Start-Up Workshop Call

This 1-hour teleconference call is an opportunity for you to discuss the start-up process and how to open safely and creatively under budget with four key objectives: A) How to find the least expensive money/financing B) How to utilize the money that will yield the very best tax advantages C) How to minimize your personal collateral to open your business D) How to protect your working capital In this workshop, our CEO will guide candidates through the initial franchise fee and other startup costs. Four to 15 days prior to attending Discovery Day, we will mail or email the Franchise Disclosure Document.

STEP SIX: Discovery Day

After completing the Mutual Expectation call or Start-Up Workshop call, our candidate will be invited to attend a regional certified Discovery Day.
