Code of Ethics
The following is a list of ResourceOne’s Code of Ethics. We abide by this code for the benefit of ourselves and our clients.
- Any team member will not solicit a previously placed candidate with an active Client of ResourceOne.
- We will remain connected with every placement in an effort to retain for the Client.
Information provided to the Client shall be the most accurate and up to date information known to us.
- We shall not knowingly withhold candidate information which a Client would reasonably consider to be essential to their hiring decision.
- Confidential information relating to the Client shall be treated accordingly. We act as an extension of your HR department. We work for the Client and represent the candidate.
- All team members will thoroughly interview all candidates prior to presenting to any Client and NO resume will be sent to any client until the candidate has been qualified and vetted and said candidate is interested in Client.
