Ken Meeks has owned and operated ResourceOne, Inc. since 1998. Both prior to and since forming ResourceOne, Ken held Senior Staffing roles with Fortune 500 Restaurant and Retail Organizations where he was responsible for fulfilling the needs of his clients in Corporate, Field Operations, and Restaurant settings on a National basis. While in these Corporate Staffing functions he also maintained recruiting efforts with ResourceOne. In 2010 he decided to focus on growing ResourceOne into a Premier Recruiting firm and has been responsible for the development of more than 70 International / National / Regional and local hospitality/retail accounts where he and his firm provide recruiting services targeted at fulfilling the client’s needs. He has over 30 years of recruiting experience, and understands all aspects of the Industry.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Victor Lopez brings over 25 years of restaurant industry knowledge and experience having worked for some iconic Brands in both Casual Dining and QSR as an Area Director and Regional Director as well as having owned his own restaurant. Victor has been an integral part of over 100 New Restaurant Openings for two different Fortune 500 companies, and has gained valuable experience working with New Franchise Development and Acquisitions both Domestically and Internationally. Victor also served as the head of a Fortune 500 Diversity Task Force committee head where he brought a Focus on personal and business growth methods for individuals of all walks of life. Victor is adept at recognizing talent in all stages of evolution and from all walks of life.

Thuan brings over 25 years of Senior Restaurant Operations, Recruiting and HR experience in the casual and upscale dining industry. Thuan has hired, trained, developed, and lead operations teams to successfully open over 100+ restaurants nationwide with historically low overall company turnover. Thuan quickly and accurately identifies the qualities and characteristics of a successful candidate for every position. He recognizes the nuances in skill sets between assistant manager, GM, District, Regional, VP and all other Corporate positions. Thuan understands company culture, conduct and profit expectations at every level. His passion and drive for excellence is what makes him successful everyday. Evan Thomas joins the ResourceOne team with an impressive background in Marketing & Product Management for an iconic Top 100 privately held company where he managed multi-billion dollar product lines, and brings an innovative approach to ResourceOne’s daily operations and recruitment consulting. Evan graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Kansas with a Double-Major in Business Marketing, Management & Leadership, and a Minor in International Business. Evan has been instrumental as an Executive Search Consultant with ResourceOne since 2015, and succeeds at building relationships through exceeding our clients’ talent management goals, and providing exciting career opportunities for our candidates. Evan additionally provides ongoing support for our team’s national network of market partners, and leads the company’s operations for marketing, technology & business enablement, and ongoing training & support.
Director of Compliance and Administration
Brian Keasling has over 25 years in senior level human resources roles; with 20 years with Fortune 500 companies in the Service and Retail industries. Brian has held roles such as Manager Employee Relations, Director Industrial Relations, Director Organizational Development and Director Stores Human Resources. In these roles he has been responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for various environments including Corporate Office, Distribution Centers (Organized), Call Centers, and Multi-Unit environments. Brian has been a Senior Consultant with ResourceOne, Inc. since 2010 where he enjoys helping clients meet their staffing needs, and candidates build their careers. Brian received his B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa, and his J.D. from the University of Kansas.
