Falling Forward Foundation

Most medical insurance plans cover 20 – 30 visits to a rehabilitation center. That’s not adequate for patients who are recovering from catastrophic medical issues. The goal of the Falling Forward Foundation is to give every patient the opportunity to recover as fully as possible by providing funding that allows patients to continue their rehabilitation, to recover to their fullest potential, and to move forward in their lives.
